However, many roles still require employees to be physically onsite, like several positions at our company. In my opinion, enjoying your work is the most important thing. Can't believe it's August already! There's no "pinch and a punch" for the first day of the month, but I do have a small story to share.During my usual lunch break walk around the neighbourhood, I noticed something sad on Monday. A big toy dog that used to sit on one of the balconies in the next-door development had ended up in a bin.I was aware that picking a massive toy dog out of a bin might seem odd as an adult, but I couldn't just leave it there. I returned to the office and checked with our Sales & Marketing Director, Enna Luo, who always has great ideas for charitable things. She told me that we have a dedicated recycling and charity donation room in our building for residents to contribute to good causes. This was the first time I’d heard of it, and I loved the idea immediately.Enna and I went back to the bin to check the condition of the toy dog. Thankfully, it was just sitting on top of some dry bags and a suitcase and appeared clean. We rescued the dog and placed it in our recycling and charity room, hoping it will find a new home.I can't share enough how important it is to donate items we no longer need, like clothes and toys, to charity. This is good for the environment, and more importantly, what may be discarded by one person can bring love and comfort to someone else.Happy August! Let's share joy and spread smiles by donating gently used items in good condition that we no longer need. Happy Friday! We had an amazing time at the company's Summer Party yesterday. It was a memorable day, being our first company-wide gathering since our transfer. We were also delighted to meet a precious little one from a colleague who joined us during her maternity leave.A big shout-out to our HR and Admin team, especially Wenyi L., who went the extra mile to ensure all colleagues were well taken care of and enjoyed the event to the fullest.The event has undoubtedly brought us closer together and set us up for even greater successes in the future. After all, our name says it all—Excel Winner. We excel in principle and win in practice.

Our lunch benefits at Excel Winner ensure a relaxing lunch break where colleagues can come together to eat, chat, and enjoy each other's company. Every week's menu is different and is provided a week ahead, which gives us something to look forward to. I will certainly not miss my lunch. A minor downside is the potential of gaining a few extra kilos, but it gives people a good reason to exercise more. 😉😉😉
