Hello! Just out of curiosity, did you do this with fresh or frozen ravioli? If fresh, have you tried it with frozen ones? Thanks much!!

    • Stephanie

I have only done this with fresh, I think you could use frozen, if you thaw it first.

  2. Leslet

Hi, receipt doesn’t state if ravioli should be frozen or thawed.

    • Stephanie

      It should be thawed.

Going to try this recipe, it looks similar to mine! I place mine on a cookie sheet over a thin layer of seasoned tomato sauce and a thin layer of seasoned tomato sauce on top and spread mozzarella cheese on them and bake on 350 until cheese has melted. Served with cheesy garlic bread… So delicious!!

    • Stephanie

      I hope you enjoy these!

    • David

I’m curious if you fried these first or skipped that stepped then just baked?

  8. katie

    • stephaniemanley

I bet there is some gluten free products out there that will work well.

    • Amy Jeanroy

Beth, my son is GF and there IS a tasty ravioli in the freezer section. Sorry I can’t remember the brand, but there is hope. 🙂

      • stephaniemanley

Thank you Amy for sharing that there are Gluten Free Ravioli! I knew there had to make some out there.

  15. DM

Want the Chicken Abruzzi recipe asap (Abruzzi sauce normally red, but here it is clear like a thickened chicken broth)

  16. Ashley

I sprinkled a little extra garlic salt to the ravioli as I got them out of the fryer. It added a little extra flavor. Make sure you don’t over fry them because they burn easily!

    • stephaniemanley

That’s a great idea. I tend to think that its hard to have too much garlic.

  17. Jane Dement

Need Olive Garden’s spaghetti carbanarro (sp) recipe asap!

    • carrol J grady

I avoid frying – could they just be baked in the over.

      • Stephanie

These should work in the air fryer. I would bake them in the air fryer at 490 until they become golden.
