Ending Achievements and Trophies

These achievements and trophies are awarded depending on the ending you receive when playing the game. They are missable because they involve fulfilling specific requirements related to the different endings.

75G

The Ones That Last

Beat the odds and walked into the sunset.

This is awarded if you reach the ending with every faction leader and every possible companion alive. To do this, you must maximize strength with every Faction, earn "Hero of the Veilguard" status with each companion by completing all of their quests, and properly deploy each companion during the final few chapters so that as many as possible survive. (See "All Endings" for more information.)

20G

The Storm Quelled

The poisoned fruit ripens.

This is awarded after viewing the secret cutscene at the end of the game. To unlock this cutscene, you must complete the Side Quest "Regrets of the Dread Wolf" and locate three Mysterious Circles in the world - one on a small island in Arlathan Forest, one in the demon's lair in the Necropolis Halls, and one in the Crossroads found when completing the Side Quest "The Heart of Corruption." (See "All Endings" for more information.)

Exploration / Side Quest Achievements and Trophies

These trophies are related to exploring the world, finding collectibles and unlocking secrets - as a result, they are all missable and should ideally be completed before the point of no return.

15G

In Peace

Found hope in the aftermath.

Make flowers grow in the Hossberg Wetlands and bring them to the battlefield. This is done by completing the Side Quests "The Cabin in the Blight" and "Something's Coming," then visiting three flower patches around the Wetlands to collect a flower from each. Finally, you must bring the three flowers to the Battlefield in the southern part of the Hossberg Wetlands (where you fight dragons during "Fire and Ice") and speak to the spirit there to unlock this trophy.
